Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing dikecam netizen kerana kritik David Bowie
PENGASAS dan Presiden Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Tan Sri Dr Lim Kok Wing, terpaksa menghadapi kritikan masyarakat apabila memuat naik satu tweet yang disifatkan ramai sebagai ‘penghinaan’ kepada lagenda muzik David Bowie.
David bowie is dead. I never understood him, why he would paint his face and wear the clothes he did. But obviously he was very popular.

Ramai yang tidak dapat menerima apa yang ditulis Lim dan meminta agar beliau sekurang-kurangnya menghormati Bowie yang meninggal dunia semalam.
@limkokwing this from the founder of a "creative" college ? Wowwww

@limkokwing Oh my God! I can't believe you tweeted *that* about #DavidBowie, Tan Sri! And I thought you were 'creative'?!

@limkokwing if your aim is to go viral with this tweet, congrats. But please show some respect, David was a great artist.

@limkokwing Because he made great music! This is an incredibly disrespectful tweet from a founder of a creative college.

Dalam beberapa tweet balasan, Lim Kok Wing menjelaskan apa yang ditulisnya hanyalah pendapat peribadi dan orang ramai boleh memilih untuk bersetuju atau tidak dengan pendapat tersebut.
Some people obviously have mistaken creativity to mean being outlandish or outright crazy or going against everything that's in existence.

Beliau juga meminta agar mereka tidak begitu beremosi dan beradab dalam mengutarakan kritikan.
I find it amazing some have chosen to be embarrassingly rude. I expressed an opinion. You don't have to agree. Why be so horribly rude?
— Limkokwing (@limkokwing) January 12, 2016
It's perfectly fine if you don't agree with a tweet I posted. Disagree by all means. Just don't be rude.
