Macam-macam hal kes CIMB sekarang. Yang terbaru staff cimb sibuk berborak dengan rakan kolej sampai terpotong ic pelanggan yang datang tukar kad debit lama. Jawapan staff tersebut memang undang kemarahan, ‘RM10 je’ katanya.. Dia tak fikir orang kena tunggu giliran lagi, dah siap kena tunggu 2 jam lagi. Bazir masa, duit minyak ke jpn lagi. Mohon pihak CIMB kenakan tindakan tegas!. Jom ikuti pendedahan dari mangsa Shobna Mohan:
Line up for about 1 hour to get d number but yet waited for sometime due to system down .. I was relieved when my number has been called but stood there for another 10 mins due to experiencing downtime again .. so after d system up while doing the process in changing my debit card the officer ( Janice ) who attending me was so busy talking with her colleagues until she CUT my MYKAD – IC instead of my old debit card!!
When i question her on how they can’t differentiate between both cards and the answer I got was ” oh ya I cut u punya IC .. Eh sorry .. u boleh tukar ic u n I wil pay u . It’s RM10 je.. u buat dulu nanti claim kat I ” ..
This is so ridiculous!! This is not about money ! I wasted my time waiting for changing my debit card n now just for no reason I need to queue up in JPN to apply for my MYKAD .. I did went to JPN n there are about 88 people ahead me .. So #CIMB branch Sentul Raya , this is how your staffs does their work??? This how you treat your customer??? I need an explanation on this.

Mengikut salah seorang individu yang komen di post ini, mangsa boleh buat report polis kerana terpotong dengan sengaja atau tak sengaja oleh orang lain tetap menjadi satu kesalahan seperti terpotong passport orang lain.
Rakan kolej pula tampil membela staff CIMB tersebut. Katanya kawannya sepatutnya diberi peluang kedua dengan alasan kawannya sepatutnya menghabiskan masa bersama keluarga kerana hari sabtu.
