If you want to skip the queue and be one of the earliest ones to own the iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus, you can start pre-ordering the smartphones starting 13 October via the Malaysian Apple store.
However, no official statements regarding the price of the new model or even details about the other iPhone that’s receiving more hype – iPhone X has been released so far.
During the US launch, Apple revealed that the iPhone 8 will be sold starting from USD$699 (RM2,953.97) while the iPhone 8 Plus will set you back starting from USD$799 (RM3,376.57).
But we know lah, some of you are so anxious and eager to know the price, so perhaps you can visit 11Street and join their pre-order. Who knows, the price stated might the same or close to the official store’s retail price.
According to the local retailer’s website, an iPhone 8 64GB costs RM3,649 while the iPhone 8 256GB costs RM4,399. As for the iPhone 8 Plus, the 64GB costs RM4,149 while the iPhone 8 Plus 256GB costs RM4,899.
Wah, almost RM5,000 for a smartphone, you people sure ah want to buy this latest model? But we know, for any die-hard Apple fan, RM5,000 might not mean much to them.
