There are two types of people in the world – one that absolutely loves chicken wings and another that prefers a different part of the chicken or a different type of meat altogether.

If you belong in the latter, maybe you should skip this story.

A Korean chicken restaurant in SS15 Subang Jaya, Chicken Up put up a promotion a couple of days ago that chicken wing lovers everywhere simply cannot resist.

From 2 to 15 October, you get to eat all the chicken wings you want at Chicken Up for only RM7.90 per person! This is the restaurant’s first ever chicken wing buffet and probably the cheapest one we’re hearing about.

For real, that's the price of a really expensive plate of chicken rice!
It sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, yes and no.

This crazy affordable chicken wing buffet is a true story and it is happening as we speak. But there are some tiny little terms and conditions you need to be aware of, so don’t say we didn’t warn you!

1) Only applies to Yangyum and Spicy Yangyum Wings

Some say that the Koreans make the best fried chicken. Do you agree?
Chicken Up has four flavours in the chicken wing selection – Original, Garlic Soy, Yangyum and Spicy Yangyum. But if you’re feeling extra hungry, you won’t be able to order the Original and Garlic Soy flavours in the buffet.

Take this if you can handle a bit of spice.
The Yangyum flavour is basically chicken wing coated with a special honey sauce and sesame seeds.

2) Only applies the first 50 customers seated on the first floor

It’s not surprise that an all-you-can-eat promotion like this is only available in limited quantities. The buffet is on a first come, first served basis. They don’t allow reservations.

Unless you want to have a party and bring 49 other people along with you.
Also, do take note that this is only open to those seated on the first floor. So even if you’re the first to arrive, stay away from the upper floors to enjoy the buffet!

3) Only for customers who dine in

You cannot tapau the chicken wings so don’t start planning a chicken wing party at your place just yet!

You can still tapau the other two flavours if you really want to have it at home.

4) You can’t sit and eat for the whole day

Sorry to say this, but even if you have the appetite of 10 giants, you can only start for an hour and a half max for this chicken wing buffet. Because they don’t want you to finish 100 people’s portion in a single seating lah!

How many sesame seeds do you see in this picture?

5) No leftovers

Chicken Up is a pork-free and lard-free restaurant.
This is very important because the restaurant does not want to encourage food wastage. So be a man and finish what you started! If you think you always overestimate yourself when you order food, just order bit by bit.

There will be enough chicken wings for everyone, don’t worry!

So seriously ask yourself, how many chicken wings can you eat in one seating? If you’re interested to find out, bring your friends along and have your own mini challenge at this buffet!

Chicken Up is open from 4pm till midnight on weekdays and 11.30am till midnight on weekends and public holidays. You can also check out their Facebook page for the latest updates or if you just want to find out whether they still have chicken wings left for you.
