PETALING JAYA: A man who stopped his car to check his tyre pressure was killed by four men at a petrol station on Jalan Sri Pelangi, Taman Pelangi, in Johor Bahru tonight.

Star Online reported that the man, in his 30s, got down from his Volkswagen Polo with a foreign woman, believed to be his wife, in the passenger seat.

The four men arrived in a BMW car and immediately assaulted the man, attempting to drag him into their own car.

When he struggled with them, he was stabbed in the chest.

While he was lying on the road, the men ran over his body twice in their car before fleeing.

His wife then ran out to seek help.

Johor police chief Comm Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd, who was at the scene, said they had launched a hunt for the four men.
