Here’s Where You Can Catch Some Great Live Music This Weekend
If you think weekends are meant to be spent lazing on the couch in your boxers, binge-watching TV shows and munching on junk food then hey, we've got that in common! When we do occasionally crawl outside and brace the traffic, crowd and police blocks, it's because we've got a really valid reason to do so. This weekend, we're venturing out of the comfort of our homes because of these guys and you should too.

Sharin Trio

Who? If it’s some good fist-pumping and headbanging Rock music you’re looking for, a dose of The Sharin Trio (or Sharin Band) is just what you need. From ACDC, Metallica, Deep Purple, Jimi Hendrix, Iron Maiden or even the great Led Zeppelin, go ahead and make a request and subsequently get your mind blown.

Muzza

Who? If you don’t know the name Muzza, that’s fine because he’s hugely underrated. But believe us when we say all it takes is a taste of Muzza to get you hooked. Not convinced? Well, his band won the Global Battle of the Bands (Malaysia), and represented Malaysia at the global Battle of the Bands finals in Oslo, Norway and they even opened for Scorpions back in 2016. Now, go ye of little faith.

Ushera

Who? Ushera pays homage to the contemporary Malaysian music scene of pre-independent 1940s and 1950s Malaya. So, if you’re a lover of Irama Melayu mixed with Latin beats & Jazz music or if you're simply just as intrigued as us by how this sounds, you should go catch her show.
