When it comes to racing nice cars and family, there’s only one thing that’ll come to mind – 'Fast and the Furious'.

No one has any clue when or if the movie franchise will ever end, and it even baffles us that they’re coming up with one installment after another, as well as a spin-off!

This has prompted a lot of memes where people joked that there will be movies up to ‘Fast & Furious 100’. Well, to be honest, we wouldn’t be surprised if it really happened.

Roman is probably praying that they won't produce another 10 movies.
And now the multi-million-dollar franchise is adding another member to its ‘familia’.

A new animation series based on the 'Fast and the Furious' franchise is set to race onto your TV screens soon as Netflix and DreamWorks Animation Television have signed an agreement to produce an original series.

However, if you’re hoping to see the familiar characters or voices in the new animated show, that’s not happening anytime soon.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the series will focus on a new character, teenager Tony Toretto, who follows in the footsteps of his cousin, Dominic (Vin Diesel).

“Tony and his friends are recruited by the government to infiltrate an elite racing league they believe serves as a front for a sinister crime organisation.”

But will Tony be as cool as Dom?
But don’t give up all hope yet as maybe, just maybe, we might get a glimpse of Dom in the series as the show has also appointed Vin Diesel as one of its producers.

No word yet on when the animated Netflix original will premiere.

So guys, do you think 'Fast and Furious' should start slamming the brakes and stop producing one movie or TV shows?
