[UPDATED] Here’s Where You Can Catch Some Great Live Music This Weekend
If you think weekends are meant to be spent lazing on the couch in your boxers, binge-watching TV shows and munching on junk food then hey, we've got that in common! When we do occasionally crawl outside and brace the traffic, crowd and police blocks, it's because we've got a really valid reason to do so. This weekend, we're venturing out of the comfort of our homes because of these guys and you should too.

16 Baris Live!

Who? Really...? Just look at that line-up! If you're a fan of Hip Hop, cancel whatever it is you have planned for Saturday and GO. FOR. THIS! We're especially excited about Yung Raja and Fariz Jabba, two Singaporean rappers who are destined for great things in the rap scene. You best believe that. Oh, also... entrance is FREE. What could be... more better than that?

TMJB

Who? TMJB are a bunch of d*cks. After satisfying our never-ending lust for good Rock fusion (or heck, good music in general), front man Maha Jeffrey went on a hiatus and just left us hanging. But now, they’re back for the first time this year. Go ahead, watch ‘em perform, become a fan and then we can all mourn and have TMJB withdrawals together when he leaves again.

Sharin Trio

Who? If it’s some good fist-pumping and headbanging Rock music you’re looking for, a dose of The Sharin Trio (or Sharin Band) is just what you need. From ACDC, Metallica, Deep Purple, Jimi Hendrix, Iron Maiden or even the great Led Zeppelin, go ahead and make a request and subsequently get your mind blown.

Nahysk

Who? Nahsyk, a young DJ and producer is bound to be a familiar name soon enough. Known to “bring down the house” at every show, here’s where you need to be if you’re game for some good ol’ Hip Hop and R&B.

Muzza

Who? If you don’t know the name Muzza, that’s fine because he’s hugely underrated. But believe us when we say all it takes is a taste of Muzza to get you hooked. Not convinced? Well, his band won the Global Battle of the Bands (Malaysia), and represented Malaysia at the global Battle of the Bands finals in Oslo, Norway and they even opened for Scorpions back in 2016. Now, go ye of little faith.

So there you have it, a list of live music acts happening this weekend that probably makes you wish you could split your self and attend 'em all.
